Evolv Executive Directors Mike & Stacy Healy of Granville, OH sure have made a splash since joining Evolv! Mike and Stacy have had a fantastic Evolv journey so far, receiving the top prize for the Race to the Regionals Contest and reaching the Top 50 lists for June, July, and August. So how did they do it? We asked, they answered:
“Hitting ED in less than 90 days, believe it or not, did not seem that fast to us. We had been pushing really hard for the last three weeks and just fell short. We didn’t stop though. Yes, even seasoned networkers come up short. We would spend days talking and recruiting all day long, person after person, to no avail. We would look at each other and say…”What’s the deal?” But here’s where you have to remember: it’s just a numbers game. Each ‘no’ brought us closer to one more ‘yes.’ We just had to sift through the ‘no’s.’ If you quit when it’s bad, you’ll never get to the good!! So we just pushed, and pushed, and pushed!!! Really, that’s it, there is no secret, just doing the actions that all networkers do…Contact, Present, and Follow up!
