If you have previously purchased an Elite Marketing Kit you will automatically be qualified at the Elite40 marketing kit bonus for life.
If you have previously purchased the Pro Marketing Kit, you can upgrade to the Elite40 Marketing Bonus by purchasing the sample 18 pack.
If you have never purchased a Marketing Kit before, the 18 sample pack connects you to the Elite20 bonus of $75 and the 36 sample pack will connect you to the Elite40 bonus of $150.
The sample pack upgrade special is only valid for existing members as of August 10, 2012. New Members qualify for the new marketing bonus simply by purchasing the new Marketing Packs.
