When we receive to our email, we can have our legal eagles review them to be sure we comply with what are very strict regulations about medical claims. We may contact you after that to discuss how we can get your story out but stay within guidelines. (Posts to Facebook and Evolv web properties outside the guidelines will be deleted.)
We (and you per your distributor agreement) are prohibited from publishing health claims beyond what you see on our web site. This is very important and you will continue to hear this from us again and again.
Lastly, protect your business by reporting unapproved health claims when you see them on the Internet and elsewhere. If we work together, we can reduce regulatory risk, help others and continue to build a great business with this amazing product.
