Dallas, TX, February 11, 2011 — In the wake of the recent exciting announcement “XOWii has EVOLVed”, the Evolv Corporate, staying true to its mandate to be dynamic and responsive to the needs of its Members, announces two additions — and one promotion — within its core Executive Management Team.
XOWii, LLC Executive James Christiansen joins the Evolv Executive Team as Chief Operations Officer. Fellow XOWii Executive Josh Higganbotham fills out the new corporate structure as Evolv’s President. Both men will work closely with CEO Brent Hicks, Chairman Trey White and the rest of the Corporate Team to ensure the shared Evolv/XOWii mission to bring health and fitness awareness and financial liberation to the world continues as strongly as ever.
In addition to the infusion of new energy and commitment brought by James and Josh, Dr. Anne Smith will be promoted from Vice President of Sales to Chief Science Officer, where she will oversee all new product development and the integration of the XOWii products into the Evolv Health Target System. She will also focus on the development of an EvolvHealth Science Board that will provide expert input on the future of the combined Evolv/XOWii product line, ensuring that Evolv continues to offer superior health products now and into the future. James, Josh, and Anne are extremely excited about these new developments, and are happy to bring their considerable expertise at building worldwide organizations to help benefit all Evolv and XOWii Distributors across the globe.

James spent more than 10 years working in the commercial real estate and banking arenas. He became the youngest Vice President of Premier Commercial Bank in Anaheim, California, and was promoted shortly thereafter to President of Premier Commercial Capital, Inc., an extension of the bank’s commercial lending division. As a direct-seller, James earned some notoriety in the industry as a savvy businessman with his memorable presentations, and gained a following among Distributors across the nation. During his rapid rise to one of the top earning levels at his last direct selling company, James realized the rewards of direct selling would not only benefit himself but all those with whom he shared the opportunity — a win-win situation.
About Josh Higginbotham, President, EvolvHealth
Josh’s business acumen showed itself at an early age. While still a young man, Josh co-founded five companies over which he presided as CEO/President with prodigious success. The convergence of his talents as a forward-thinking leader guided him toward work as a consultant for a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded network marketing company, where he fell in love with the direct sales business model. He also has considerable field experience working “in the trenches” as a Distributor, which has given him a profound understanding of what it takes to enjoy success in this industry. As President, Josh will oversee the marketing, sales, and training functions for Evolv.
Dr Anne Bodak Smith, BS, DC, Chief Science Officer, EvolvHealth
Anne has a diverse background, having achieved the highest levels of success in athletics, health and business. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa, and graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. Anne has worked with professional and amateur athletes as well as with the general public specializing in wellness and weight management programs. Anne has considerable field and corporate experience in the network marketing industry. She discovered a passion and talent for it, and spent over twelve years as a field leader, achieving the highest rank possible by the age of 30, and, in an unprecedented move by the company, was promoted to the Corporate Team as the Director of North American Sales. She eventually joined EvolvHealth as the VP of Sales, where she spearheaded world-class training programs for Evolv Members, ensuring the availability of considerable educational and promotional resources. She is excited to be moving into this new role as Chief Science Officer, where her enthusiasm for athletics and health awareness will truly shine.
