Meet Erick Gamio, marketing professional of over 10 years. He was involved with companies such as Loreal, Warner Brothers and Microsoft before crossing over to the network marketing industry. He has now been in the industry for 5 years and says he is “in love with it”.
In early 2010, he and his team had reached the top at their previous company. They felt it had come short of their expectations and they desperately wanted a change. An “upgrade” he called it. He had been there for 3 years and knew that he and his team needed to move. It was then that DUNZAGLOBAL began their search for the next place to call home. What was their mission? To identify a “billion dollar company” (as he referred to it) that would possess the 5 elements that in his opinion truly encompass greatness. “I was looking for 5 things,” he explained, “a product that is consumable, easily accessible, sociable, which serves as a substitute to a habit we already have, and a product that truly satisfies a consumer. It was a hard task”, he went on to explain.
Although they were initially part of the XOWii family, he recalls his good friend Sergio Carvallo, asking him what company he would have chosen to be part of if it were not for the fact that they were friends. “Easy…Evolv”, he responded quickly. It had been a decision that he had made because he had truly wanted to work with Sergio. In fact, he even recalls sitting in a meeting in which an associate of his said, “Imagine if XOWii and EVOLV merged? How great would that be?!” It was in December of 2010 when everyone around the table laughed at that comment and said it would never happen! Fast forward 4 months and it happened! The XOWii Family and the Evolv Family joined forces! Erick and his team have now been part of this energetic group short of 7 months and couldn’t be happier! In this short time he has already won an all expense paid trip to Cancun and a Mercedes! “It was such an intelligent fusion,” he states confidently. “Their comp plan is second to none, the products are intelligent and strategic, and the leadership is one to be envied. I am so happy,” he said to me, “and the best part? It’s just the beginning!”
