Evolv Executive Director Ron Sineni shared with us a few things he does to build a successful Evolv business.
“First things first, get the book ‘The Slight Edge – Secret
to a Successful Life’* by Jeff Olson. After reading it, you will have a better idea of what it takes to be successful.
Next, sit down and carve out your days Monday through Saturday, hour by our from 5am to 10pm. In that schedule, fill out each hour with what you plan to do. Fill in your Evolv phone calls, webinars, events, and other things you are doing to build your business. At the end of each day, take time to reflect on what you actually did. Most people plan out their days, but only 5% of people (and those are the successful ones) look back and reflect on what they actually accomplished. After reflecting on what you did that day, figure out what you are going to change tomorrow to make the next day even better.
Every day plan on getting out there and introducing two people to Evolv. They must answer “yes” to one of these questions:
1.) Are you looking for extra money?
2.) Are you looking to feel better?
3.) Are you looking for an all natural edge in your performance?
When someone answers yes to one of these three questions, then give them a bottle of Evolv, share a product brochure, compensation plan brochure or Life Essentials Journal, ask for their name and phone number and follow up with them in the next few days.
During the follow up, if they answer yes to “would you like to know more”, then invited them to your next event, a three-way call, PER or live presentation.
If they answer no, don’t get discouraged. Instead, ask them if they know anyone else who would like to know more.”
