The last four weeks have been a complete whirlwind! In the past few weeks I have been introduced to a new city, a new company, new partners and many new friends. Change can be tough and it sometimes takes time to get used to. Not this time! I feel at home, like this is where we belong.
The warm reception from Evolv distributors and the Evolv corporate team has been amazing. What an exciting time as we create a future together, with two great companies coming together. Many of you have listened to our conference calls and have heard the excitement in my voice about this partnership. Just picture a BIG smile on face right now as I am typing.
Words cannot describe the feelings that I have had going through this incredible change in my life. Now that we are in Dallas every day, things have only gotten better. Working with Trey and Brent on a daily basis has been inspiring, and our combined conviction about where we are going together is second to none. And what about these amazing products? I typically don’t get enough water on a daily basis and wow, what an amazing difference I feel now that I have Evolv water that, not only hydrates, but increases my body’s natural energy at a cellular level. These two companies and product lines are the perfect combination for me and my family and the results are measurable. The best part is, this is just the beginning! The sky is the limit for where we can go together. We are in the right place at the right time!

XOWii, LLC Executive James Christiansen joins the Evolv Executive Team as Chief Operations Officer. Fellow XOWii Executive Josh Higganbotham fills out the new corporate structure as Evolv’s President. Both men will work closely with CEO Brent Hicks, Chairman Trey White and the rest of the Corporate Team to ensure the shared Evolv/XOWii mission to bring health and fitness awareness and financial liberation to the world continues as strongly as ever.
In addition to the infusion of new energy and commitment brought by James and Josh, Dr. Anne Smith will be promoted from Vice President of Sales to Chief Science Officer, where she will oversee all new product development and the integration of the XOWii products into the Evolv Health Target System. She will also focus on the development of an EvolvHealth Science Board that will provide expert input on the future of the combined Evolv/XOWii product line, ensuring that Evolv continues to offer superior health products now and into the future. The last four weeks have consumed many long hours. I have focused with my leaders to follow the simple duplication methodology provided in the Give.Share.Evolv process. It has been an absolute blast.
The best advice I can give people is to keep it simple. Don’t be a sales person – be a share person. Many sales people overwhelm prospects with information. When approaching someone, your goal is not to sell them product or to try to recruit them. Your mission is to share Evolv and find out who they know that may benefit from a 4 pack. The best part of this business is our ability to help people by sharing the product.
Listen to every conference call and lead by example. How can you expect your people to be on a conference call that you’re not on? Other than that, fill out your road map, select your business plan and always be on the conference calls with your team and away you go to success.
