Chris Prefontaine has been in real estate as an agent, coach, & trainer for over 20 years. He built over 100 homes in the new construction business (1991-1994), was a realtor selling over 100 homes per year before selling his business to Coldwell Banker in 2000, has coached top realtors from the US and Canada (2000-2004) and was a coach to investors in commercial and residential real estate. Since 2009 he and his wife Kim have been full time in the network marketing profession.
Chris & Kim Prefontaine have been married for 26 years. They currently live in Newport, RI with their children Nicholas & Kayla. Nicholas runs his own real estate business and Kayla is a college student pursuing veterinary sciences.
