As I have a few minutes to reflect on the last few months at Evolv I have to share that I am simply blown away.
Just last week, our overall sales have increased another 130% on top of the 100% growth we saw just six weeks ago.
Our entire Evolv staff from the Evolv Member Services Department all the way to the accounting and operations departments are working around the clock putting many hours of overtime just to make sure that our Members have the best experience possible. The overall energy of the office is electric and filled with hope and anticipation of the great things yet to come.
We are literally bursting at the seam at the Head Quarters office. With a 30% increase of staffing, our new hires are sitting on top of each other sharing desk and office spaces. While our staff continues to work in close quarters, Trey and I are trying to lock down new office space that is triple the size of our current office.
We have sold 6 months of the original projected product sales in 6 weeks. This kind of growth is absolutely phenomenal and we are currently having to purchase massive amounts of product and investing millions of dollars in order to keep up with the demand that Evolv is seeing.
We’ve seen an amazing amount of new rank advancements from a handful of new Diamonds, Blue Diamonds, our newest Ambassador Jerome Hughes and even our first Visionary Ambassador Camaron Corr. Camaron will be leading our next Saturday Training Call this weekend and I highly recommend you get on this call to become inspired and get your team fired up for the next 84 days. These next few weeks are truly going to be incredible and our April Kick-Off Call next Wednesday is sure to be our largest call in history. Be sure to join us for this call as I will be joined by the other Evolv Executives and Trey White, our company Co-Founder and Chairman.
I wanted to take this time to simply say thank you to each and every one of you for helping us build this great company. This is only the beginning. I’ve said it from day one; our Members you are our oxygen. You bring the life to this company. I am looking forward to the next few months with you as we get closer and closer to impacting 8.4 million people completing the e84 Challenge.

I just got back from Mexico City, where I was joined by Evolv President Josh Higginbotham and 300 other Evolvers! The objective this weekend was to get everyone on the same page when it comes to the direction of the company in Latin America, but I feel we did more than that. The belief was really built by hearing the testimonials of what we’ve already seen in Mexico with Archaea Active. Just imagine what we will do with a whole line of products when we launch the e84 Challenge in Mexico this summer!! I must say- I love the Latin American Culture. The people are so amazing; you can really feel the love and the passion. I greatly enjoyed getting to spend time with the distributors from Mexico and learning what drives them… hearing their heart! I love being able to inspire others to not just dream but accomplish their dreams-and that is what is happening in Mexico City!

After hearing the catastrophic effects of the tornadoes in Tuscaloosa, Alabama I was immediately reminded of New Orleans and the Katrina hurricane victims. Coming from Louisiana I felt a deep hardship when some of my family and friends were affected by this tragedy. When the tornadoes hit Tuscaloosa a month ago I knew we had to help with the recovery efforts of this natural disaster. We were happy to donate Evolv water during this difficult time to the local volunteers that helped with the clean-up efforts. It is part of our Give Share Evolv mission and helping others in times of need is what we’re all about.

I cannot express how excited I am coming off of the fantastic event we had this weekend. I knew that all of the hours we have put into building Evolv was well worth it, but even this event raised my belief even more! We are truly building ourselves to be the Apple brand of the network marketing industry. We have the right brand, the right timing and the right people to take it to the masses and I know for a fact that we will inspire 8.4 Million people to change their lives through the e84 Challenge!
I’d like to take a moment to thank all of the Evolvers who made it to the event. The energy of the room was so tangible that I literally could feel the energy pulsing through my body. I cannot wait for the next event! If you were unable to stop by the event this weekend, we are sorry we missed you, but we look forward to seeing you at the next e84 event in a city to be determined August 19th-20th.

Dallas, TX, February 11, 2011 — In the wake of the recent exciting announcement “XOWii has EVOLVed”, the Evolv Corporate, staying true to its mandate to be dynamic and responsive to the needs of its Members, announces two additions — and one promotion — within its core Executive Management Team.
XOWii, LLC Executive James Christiansen joins the Evolv Executive Team as Chief Operations Officer. Fellow XOWii Executive Josh Higganbotham fills out the new corporate structure as Evolv’s President. Both men will work closely with CEO Brent Hicks, Chairman Trey White and the rest of the Corporate Team to ensure the shared Evolv/XOWii mission to bring health and fitness awareness and financial liberation to the world continues as strongly as ever.
In addition to the infusion of new energy and commitment brought by James and Josh, Dr. Anne Smith will be promoted from Vice President of Sales to Chief Science Officer, where she will oversee all new product development and the integration of the XOWii products into the Evolv Health Target System. She will also focus on the development of an EvolvHealth Science Board that will provide expert input on the future of the combined Evolv/XOWii product line, ensuring that Evolv continues to offer superior health products now and into the future. As many of you may be aware, for the past year Jonathan Gilliam has been traveling to Dallas from his home in Austin, Texas to allow him to focus on the incredible demands of EvolvHealth. He has informed us that he misses his family terribly and feels the need to be present for the many events at home.
At this time, he has decided to pursue his personal goal of starting a non-profit. He has re-joined his family to live and work in the Austin area. Jonathan has been a tremendous help during the initial phases of EvolvHealth, and his contributions will never be forgotten.

FutureCeuticals® Research Summary — Explanation of Results
The second phase of ex vivo studies with FutureCeuticals® is now complete. In order to help you better understand the significant scientific importance of these exciting results, below are some definitions of terms as well as a summary of findings.
DEFINITION OF TERMS:
Ex vivo: Tests performed ex vivo (Latin: out of the living) take place outside an organism but can be performed in or on tissue—in our case, on human blood cells—with the minimum alteration of natural conditions.
Bioactivity: Bioactivity refers to the specific effect on, or a reaction in, living animal or plant tissue upon exposure to a substance., i.e. happenings inside cells.
Oxygen Metabolism: Oxygen Metabolism is one of the key ways a cell burns fuel to produce useful energy. It is a set of the metabolic reactions and processes the body uses to convert biochemical energy from nutrients into Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP).
ATP and ADP: ATP or Adenosine Triphosphate (Tri- means 3) is a coenzyme used as the main energy storage and transfer molecule in the cells of all known organisms. ATP breakdown to ADP or Adenosine Diphosphate (Di- means 2) releases effective energy the cell uses in its every activity, including just staying alive. This is a constant process. The rapid breakdown and rebuilding of ATP provides the rapid energy transfer required for efficient cellular activities including growth, reproduction and healing.
Krebs Cycle: The Krebs Cycle refers to a complex series of chemical reactions in all cells that utilize oxygen as part of their respiration process. The Krebs Cycle is ongoing in the human body.
Free Radicals: Free Radicals are molecules responsible for aging, tissue damage, and many diseases. They are unstable and must bond with other molecules, thereby destroying their vigor and perpetuating the detrimental process.
Lactic Acid: Lactic Acid is the by-product of the anaerobic energy pathway, or glycolysis, whereby ATP is produced from carbohydrate metabolism. Lactic Acid provides fuel for tissues and liver production of glucose and glycogen, and helps use dietary carbohydrates. Too much of it, however, can interfere with electrical signals in the muscles and nerves, slowing energy reactions and causing undesirable physiological behavior.

ROS: ROS (reactive oxygen species). are chemically-reactive molecules containing oxygen. During times of environmental stress, ROS levels can increase dramatically. This can result in significant damage to cell structures.
SUMMARY OF FINDINGS:
The Archaea Active™ formula produced measurable ex vivo bioactivity when subjected to FutureCeuticals® bio-analytical platform.
The ex vivo research performed by FutureCeuticals® verified that the Archaea Active™ formula stimulated oxygen metabolism and increased ATP production. More importantly, the formula increased oxygen metabolism and ATP production without undesirable increases in lactic acid levels or free radical production. Researchers are not aware of any other supplement or formula, to date, that has the same potential benefits without these negative effects.
FutureCeuticals® TargeTest™ results have shown to date:
1. The Archaea Active™ formula stimulated intracellular oxygen metabolism within fresh, viable human blood cells from multiple donors.
2. The Archaea Active™ formula increased intracellular ATP production within fresh, viable human blood cells from multiple donors.
3. As intracellular ATP production went up, intracellular ADP production went down. This is desirable, healthy Krebs Cycle activity.
4. Observed increases of intracellular ATP within blood cells were not accompanied by inordinate increases in intracellular lactic acid within fresh human blood cells.
5. Observed increases in intracellular ATP and oxygen metabolism within blood cells were not accompanied by increases in intracellular HORAC (hydroxyl free radicals) or intracellular ROS (reactive oxygen species).
FutureCeuticals® expects to publish its first scientific paper containing details of this exciting research this fall. The next phase of testing, also scheduled to commence this fall, will include acute human clinical studies. These will be followed by a larger placebo con¬trolled human clinical study utilizing a double blind method at the end of 2010 or beginning of 2011.
