Promotion Requirement and Personal Volume Clarification

Hey folks, we’ve had a bit of confusion about what it takes to stay “active” so we wanted to clarify.

Within a 4 week rolling period, a certain amount of Personal Volume (PV) is required to qualify for your commissions. If you are below your required PV you will not lose your position, you will simply become ineligible for that pay period. Once your PV is met again, you return to active status and will again be eligible to earn at your current qualified rank.

We want to make sure that everyone has the tools needed to succeed and be paid at the highest level possible.

Below shows the PV requirement for each level.

Member to Senior Executive
80 Personal Volume

Regional Executive to Visionary Ambassador
160 Personal Volume

The two ways to earn PV are personal purchases and retail/preferred customer purchases. Personal purchases of Evolv cases count as 40 PV and retail/preferred customer purchases count as 20 PV. If you have already reached your minimum PV requirement, any additional cases purchased by either you or a retail/preferred customer will roll to your lesser leg volume.

If you have any questions, please call the Evolv Member Service Department at (888) 280-9555. They are very knowledgeable on the compensation plan and can answer all your questions.

Miami Herald: Ricky Williams “swears by” Evolv

si rickyWe have known for many weeks of all-pro NFL running back Ricky Williams’ affinity for the Evolv beverage. And we also knew that soon after he first started drinking Evolv, he happened to have one of the best games of his NFL career.

Out of respect for his privacy we did not share this experience with anyone. However, much to our surprise Ricky broke the story himself  in today’s Miami Herald. We are delighted and appreciative of this and we welcome Ricky as an Evolv consumer.

Thanks Ricky!

Congrats to Larry Seegar, just promoted to Presidential Director

Posted By: Jonathan Gilliam - Chief Marketing Officer on Nov 16, 2009 in news, Team

Congratulations to Evolv Member Larry Seegar who has done exceptionally well rising to the rank of Presidential Director. Here’s Larry’s open letter to Evolv Members:

“I want to thank the entire executive team for providing such outstanding support.LarrySeegar Most importantly I want to thank my entire team for their support and hard work. Without your help this rank advancement would not have been possible.

The last four weeks have consumed many long hours. I have focused with my leaders to follow the simple duplication methodology provided in the Give.Share.Evolv process. It has been an absolute blast.

The best advice I can give people is to keep it simple. Don’t be a sales person – be a share person. Many sales people overwhelm prospects with information. When approaching someone, your goal is not to sell them product or to try to recruit them. Your mission is to share Evolv and find out who they know that may benefit from a 4 pack. The best part of this business is our ability to help people by sharing the product.

Listen to every conference call and lead by example. How can you expect your people to be on a conference call that you’re not on? Other than that, fill out your road map, select your business plan and always be on the conference calls with your team and away you go to success.

-Larry Seegar, Evolv Presidential Director

Next stop on the tour: Scranton?

Scranton, pAAfter your fruitless search for the Dunder Mifflin offices and a quick tour of the Anthracite Heritage Museum in Scranton, Pennsylvania, be sure to attend (and have all your northeastern friends attend) Evolv’s exciting recruiting event this Saturday, November 14, 2009 as a part of our “7 City Tour” at 1 pm ET.

Why did we choose Scranton you ask? Well, aside from its historical significance in coal mining there are actually quite a few Evolvers living within driving distance of Scranton including a large and growing Canadian pre-enrollee contingent. Scranton also happens to be located close to our NE distribution center so there will be plenty of Evolv on hand.

The team has already met with great success with previous stops earlier this month in Dallas, Houston, Orange County, and Tampa. If you know anyone living in the northeast, share this link (“Share/Save” below) and invite them to come meet some of the team, try some Evolv and begin Evolving!

Saturday, 11/14 – 1:00pm, Hilton Scranton & Conference Ctr, Scranton, PA  Click to Register

Remaining cities on the tour include Denver, Colorado and Seattle, Washington. Visit http://blog.evolvhealth.com/events for detailed information.

Houston, we have an opportunity!

Houston. Where it all began. Where more Original Evolvers reside than anywhere else. Where the inventors and “early drinkers” of Evolv give it away like it’s, well…water! Add to that a  great base of new Evolv business owners who are ready to take on the great State of Texas (and Louisiana and Arkansas and…)

What a great way to introduce your new Evolv prospects to this fantastic opportunity.  Houston, abuzz with Evolvers, is the 3rd stop of Evolv’s “7-City Tour”. Invite everyone you know to this free event at the  Westin Galleria in Houston tomorrow and you’ll have a chance to meet local Houston Evolv icons like Dr. Jay Collins, Gio Tomasini, Mark Krupicka and many others, along with Brent, Trey and Anne of course.

Go Houston! Register HERE.
